Warning: If the option that allows students to resubmit ahead of the due date has been enabled, you should not start marking until after the due date has passed. If you do and students resubmit, you may lose saved marking and feedback data. If you are unsure if this has been enabled, check with administration teams before beginning marking.
Warning: Sessions in the Feedback Studio timeout after one hour. To prevent the loss of data, you should finalise marks and feedback on one student’s work and then close the window to save material before refreshing the Assignment Inbox and selecting the next student from the list. You should not navigate between students in the Feedback Studio. There is a risk that you will lose marking and feedback data if you take this approach.
Warning: Only one marker should access and mark one student’s work at a time and only one window of the Feedback Studio should be open at a time. Two markers working on the same paper from different computers or one marker with several windows of the Feedback Studio open at once may lead to the loss of marking and feedback data.
